Looking for something short and sweet? This package gives you the best of both worlds - capturing the latter half of your pregnancy and the first few days of your little baby in this world!  Want to have a little more fun? Try our 'Before and After' or what we call 'Baby in, baby out' concepts!

GROWING UP - 'BUMP TO BABY' PACKAGE

Our 'Bump to Baby' offering is an annual package that includes regular shoots every three months evolving into a final portfolio that incorporates the different stages of your child's first year.  You are free to choose the number of milestones as you wish.

Package Discount: One 12X12 custom-designed Suede/Jute/Leather Coffee Table Album and one 2X3 ft canvas complimentary on a purchase of any 4 milestones as a package.

Delivery details

  • All the photographs will be shared on an online gallery (password-protected) and will be post processed (i.e edited and made to look better).

  • Delivery of pictures will take up to 30 days post the shoot.

  • All creative shots will be discussed prior to the shoot to be agreed upon by both the parties.

  • All Copyrights lie with the Photographer. Copyrights purchase can be made.

  • A Custom-designed Coffee Table Album can be made-to-order.

  • Travel charges applicable for cities outside Bangalore.

  • Pre-owned props at the studio will be used at no extra cost

  • All newborn props will be ours

  • Add-ons:
    Elaborate Set-ups for your portraits session are purchase-able additionally.

    Newborn portrait session at your residence will be charged additional.

    All Shoots at residence outside of city limits will be charged additional.

The Answers You Need

ARE THERE ANY PARTICULAR RULES TO BE FOLLOWED WHEN WE’RE IN THE STUDIO?

  1. Capturing or recording of photos and videos is strictly prohibited inside the studio 

  2. The studio is a shoe free zone. Please carry a pair of socks if you are uncomfortable walking bare feet. Models are allowed to wear shoes if the shoot requires to do so.

WHAT IS MORE PREFERABLE? QUALITY OR QUANTITY?

While one might think having more photos to admire is better, the alternative is true. Better quality photos though few capture the moment far better, than a number of photos of sub par quality. 
We will always focus on bringing you the best quality photos which capture the moment beautifully and leavin you satisfied with the results.

WHAT IS A PRE-SHOOT DISCUSSION?

It is an integral part of our shooting process, where we can discuss and understand your requirements. It will also help us in aiding you on how to confirm a booking. 
The pre shoot discussion can happen on call and on Whatsapp 
We can also clear any doubts you may have regarding the shoot/booking. 
When you  visit us in the studio for the shoot we can also show the the products we have to offer.

WHAT IS YOUR SHOOT PROCESS?

Change of clothing

Children can have 1 to 2 costume changes per theme during a session. 

For a maternity and newborn shoot, only one costume change is possible per theme.  

Number of shots 

Usually 10-15 shots are taken per look, depending on the shoot this will include- head shots, mid-length shots and full length shots. If there are any specific requirements, they can be discussed during the shoot or in the pre-shoot discussion.

Reviewing

  1. Reviewing photos is an integral and importaNT PART of the process which you as a client will actively be a part of. 

  2. All photos taken during the shoot will be reviewed on  a large screen. You are recommended to review the photos as many times as you need. Not reviewing the photos while at the studio would lead us to understand that you are satisfied with the shoot. 

  3. Reviewing photos while at the studio is integral as it gives you a chance to see what is photographed. Should you come back to us on a later date with any regarding issues we will not be in any position to help you or liable for a refund or an exchange. 

  4. If you are not satisfied with the shoot, please let us know and we can do the following- postponing the shoot to a later date, redoing the shoot or cancelling the shoot after coming down to a mutual understanding. 

  5. The advanced payment may or may not be refunded and is based on our discretion.

  6. The remaining amount should be paid only if you are satisfied with the shoot and the images. 

WE ARE DOING THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME, WILL YOU HELP OUR CHILD WHILE SHOOTING?

As photographers we understand that posing can be one of the toughest tasks while creating a portfolio. So you don't have to worry about this at all. Your child will be guided by the photographer and the creative team to create the most wonderful photos.

WHAT IS YOUR LOGO POLICY?

Unedited photos are without any watermark or logo.
Edited photos are without any watermark and logo.
Prints do not have any watermark or logo. 
Clients cannot choose the position of the watermark or logo. This decision lies solely with us.

WHAT ARE THE IMAGE SIZES AVAILABLE?

All photos will be in JPEG format. 
Unedited images - Long edge 2048 pixels with 300 pixels per square inch. File size will be 2mb 
Edited images- depends on the camera used. However each file size is at least 15 mb which can easily be printed out in 24 inch posters without any quality loss. 
Camera RAW images are given only for advertising or promotional purposes to clients. If you wish to have these, you will have to purchase the IMage Copyrights while filling out the shoot booking form.

WHAT IS DIGITAL PHOTO SELECTION AND WHY IS IT DONE?

Every package we deliver has a set number of edited photos which will be of the highest quality. 
While shooting, there might be a series of similar photos which we would have taken. A set of these photos would be sent to you (selection photos)  to choose which amongst those you want as the final edited photo. 
Please keep in mind the selection photos are not part of the package, they are provided only to give you choice over the final edited photo.
The purpose of the selection photos is to provide you with the choice of choosing the photo you  like best.

WHAT IS PART OF PHOTO RETOUCHING?

Our retouching process includes only the following

  • Colour correction

  • Light correction 

  • Basic skin retouching 

Our retouching process does not include the following under any circumstance 

  • Photo manipulations or background changes 

  • Making physical alteration to the subject we photograph

  • Adding additional elements to the photo

  • Changes in hair colour, eye colour, inclusion of digital makeup, removal of body hair


The package you choose will also contain prints. Prints can be chosen from the set of retouched images, but it is not necessary that they should be chosen from the retouched set only. Choosing prints which are not part of the retouched prints will not increase your number of retouched prints. 

While we recommend taking prints from the retouched photos, the final decision is totally up to you. 


Under the circumstances you ask us to choose the best images for editing, please keep in mind that “the best” is highly subjective and will differ from person to person. While we highly recommend you take the final decision over which images should be edited, under the circumstance that we have to choose, our decision will be final. 

CAN WE GET EXTRA PRINTS FROM YOU?

Yes you can, please contact us with your requirements and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

HOW ARE THE IMAGES DELIVERED?

We use a cloud based service in transferring all the photos which are part of the package. 
We will send you a link via email for you to download all the photos. Since the image sizes will be large, the photos can be downloaded only on your pc/laptop. They can be transferred to your phone after this. 
Please keep in mind the link will be active only for thirty days after we send the mail. Please make sure you download the file within the stipulated time. 
We do not use USB/pen drives to provide you with the images. This is due to security concerns, external devices are not logged into our systems. 
We only offer a cloud based service to transfer the photos.

HOW ARE PRINTS AND OTHER PRODUCTS DELIVERED?

We recommend you to pick up the prints and other products from our studio. 
Since the print size is usually small (12 by 10 inches) we do not recommend them to be delivered, since they might get damaged in transit. 
If you wish for the photos to be picked up- the delivery service needs to be arranged by you. In such a case the delivery service arranged by you will pick up the product from the studio and deliver it to your address. 
Please note that we are not liable for the safety of the prints reaching you if you choose a delivery service. 
Also we will not arrange a delivery service on your behalf or courier the prints to you. 
Due to limited availability of space, prints will be stored at the studio only for 2 weeks. Prior to which they will be discarded and no refund will be arranged in such a case. 
Therefore it is our request that you pick up your prints and products within the two weeks time.

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIMELINE?

Our processing timeline begins the date your invoice is closed. In case of late payment, the processing will begin on the date the payment is received. The remaining payment after the advance is due on the day of the shoot. 


The timeline

1 week after the invoice closes, you will receive the original images from the shoot- from which you need to select the images for editing. 

After you have selected the final images and provided us with your choice we will send the final edited photos within three weeks. 

Your timely response regarding the selection of images will help us in delivering your photos on time. 

Photos will be delivered through a cloud based service. 

We offer a faster processing timeline (rush my order) which will complete your order in ten days.  Please discuss with us during the pre booking session if you wish to avail this offer. 


Prints and products will be processed after the images are edited. They take the following time 

  • Prints and framing- 2 weeks 

  • Domestic album- up to 4 weeks 

  • International albums- upto 10 weeks 

  • Personalised album- upto 4 weeks 

These products are not covered under the rush my order service 


Your order will be processed faster with your timely submission regarding photo editing and prints selection. Your data will be stored with us only for a period of ninety days and all relevant information regarding the selection of photos must be passed on to us within the stipulated time. If you fail to do so, your data will be lost and you will not be viable for a refund. 

Due to limited availability of space, prints will be stored at the studio only for 2 weeks. Prior to which they will be discarded and no refund will be arranged in such a case. 

Therefore it is our request that you pick up your prints and products within the two weeks time. 

WHAT ARE ACCEPTED MODES OF PAYMENT?

We accept cheques, electronic transfer (RTGS,IMPS, NEFT), and Cash 
We do not have credit/debit card machines in the studio.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Payment is due on the day of the shoot.

WHAT IS THE SHOOT BOOKING ADVANCE?

On booking a shoot with us you will have to pay the amount of Rs 5000/-.
Cancellation of booking prior to 72 hours, you will get a full refund. 
Cancellation or postponement of the shoot within 72 hours, the amount is non refundable. 
Postponing prior to 72 hours, the amount will be adjusted in your final invoice.
